The hotel is conveniently located near the railway station, with decent rooms, but lacks adequate wardrobe space and the washroom cleanliness is unsatisfactory. The AC frequently does not work, leading to discomfort during power cuts with no prompt response from reception.
My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The rooms were stinking and very congested, and the service was poor with a lack of responsiveness. However, the location was great, near ancient temples, and the dining experience was satisfactory.
The hotel is conveniently located near the temples and market, making it a great spot for exploring Mathura. The rooms are clean and well-maintained, but some may have a slight smell. The service provided was polite and helpful, although there were some disturbances from loud speaking in the lobby area. Dining options were good but may take longer than expected.
